Anil Kumar T comes with 10+ years of experience in Operations and Customer Experience Management. Anil holds a master’s degree in electronic media from Tumkur university . Anil joined FROSIGHT after having been associated with companies like TV9, Suvana news TV. Anil is a good linguist who can speak and support our customers in 5 different languages and create positive impact on overall experience. Anil can handle multiple processes including customer support, KYC, tele-sales, collections, various other back office processes. Anil has experience in building accounts from the scratch and established various processes in line with the account requirement. Anil would love to develop productive and qualitative operations and customer support teams by which we attain highest levels of service levels and customer satisfaction and make the end customers happy with friendly and professional interaction. Anil also plays a major role in training customer support teams of various channels, sharing best practices and case studies.

Harshavardhan
Operations Manager

Harsha did his B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Jain University. He comes with rich experience in operations management. Harsha can handle various operations with specialization in collection process for various accounts. Harsha is responsible for day-to-day activities to ensure efficient and effective operations, establishing SoPs to run various processes with a defined SLA targets, overall quality control activities, training etc.

    Outbound:
  • Our outbound services include tele-collection services, prepayment reminder services, tele-sales, marketing activities, cross selling services, market surveys, app rating services etc.
    Live Chat and Email Support Services:
  • Our email support and live chat support teams will provide 24X7 live support for customers across the domains. Our rich repository of templates and automation capabilities by using tools such as WhatsApp, BOTs, FB messenger etc., will improve overall productivity of customers’ operations.
    Tele-collection Services:
  • Our data driven collection services will add value to our customers’ overall business by reducing operating cost, reducing overall NPA and improved efficiencies. Resource Augmentation

FROSIGHT provides Resource Augmentation for various customers to overcome our customers’ sudden surge in resourcing requirements, to meet niche skillset requirement, to overcome temporary demand for resources. We have various hiring models to the meet the specific requirement of our customers.

    Hiring Models:
  • Contract-to-hire Model: FROSIGHT provides consultants or subcontractors for 6-9 months as contract employees. After completion of the contract period, all the consultants or contractors will be transferred to client’s payroll by charging rebadging fees.
  • Term Contract Model: FROSIGHT provides consultants or contractors for long term contract for a period of more than 6 months.
  • Train-to-hire Model: Candidates are hired for training and then absorbed by the Customer on their payroll. FROSIGHT will charge readiness and ramp-up cost to their customers.
